• Restore the Burgh Hall to its former glory

• New Schools for Kingsland and Halyrude

• Extend kerbside recycling provision to include all types of plastic

• Campaign to save Rural & Sub Post Offices

• Tackle road safety, parking & traffic issues in Peebles

• Reverse cuts in Home Care

• Improve sports facilities for Peebles High School & community use

• Develop youth recreational facilities & other youth initiatives

• Off-road cycle path from Peebles to Glentress

Catriona was born in the Borders, and lives in the ward. She has four children who attend local schools and nursery.

During the past 4 years she has been a very effective representative for Peebles, with an impressive record of securing over £30 million investment for improving schools, bus services, kerbside recycling, pathways, and more affordable and sheltered housing for local people. She cares passionately about the Borders, and will continue to work tirelessly to improve the quality of life for all.
